Received four 1/64 Action/Lionel NASCAR Mustangs today. On
each the grille is slightly off center and appears to have small bubbles as if a decal rather than Tampo. Has anyone seen this?

lionel has not tampo stamped a diecast in several years, probably 2010 or so. Never can quite figure out the method of graphics as they are VERY Thin and the inks are very bright. if you look hard enough you can see where the graphics edge starts and stops but they are in large sections and suck down nicely to the contours of the car.
