In fact, no longer an Oldsmobile. I thought the Salvinos had a pretty good basic A-body shape to re-boot my Grand Am quest. Just roughing in the panel shapes at this stage.

You're getting pretty good at those Grand Am body mods! Looks like the basic shape and contours are better than anything I've seen so far.

I was there that day!!!! I was always fond of the independents. Joe would always have watermelon after the days was finished....and invited all to share. Remember back then the Charlotte races started on TUE!! But as I recalled it was the cars drive shaft that Joe used to beat the poor Pontiac!!
