finished this one up today. will include the WiP interior photos since i glued the chassis to the body Shocked

details- Chase Elliott glue kit, Tamiya pure red (with a light coat of pearl for the red) and black for the body, insignia white for the chassis & cage. most decals are Powerslide, the exhaust and brake inlets are from Stoney's. since this was a one-off ride, i tried to get things as close to the real car as possible - i made the "passenger" side window out of clear sheet, added the tint on this window and the lower "eyebrow" tint to the front windshield, added some clear sheet to the spoiler, widened the right side jack point area, painted the steering wheel to look like Jr's. added brake cooling hose lines made from interior hoses from mail slot T-Bird kits. the following parts came from Brandon Miller - fuel filler (really like this piece), splitter, shifter, brake & hub setup, springs, jack stands; the wheels are kit ones with the hub drilled out.

on to the show...

i wasn't successful at lining up the side stripes from the door area to the rear fender area... that's my major gripe with myself on this one.
