Eligibility
Any body or chassis style from NASCAR Winston/Nextel/Sprint/Monster Cup, Sportsman/Busch/Nationwide/Xfinity Series, Truck Series, ARCA, ASA, IROC, or SRX from 1970 to today are allowed.
Body conversions (Chevy into Toyota, Buick into Olds, etc.) ARE ALLOWED as long as results resemble actual cars.
Cars may be plastic, resin, or diecast and can be ANY scale.
Noses and fenders may be altered for a short track look.
Phantom/Tribute paint schemes ARE allowed.
NO REAL DRIVERS OR CREW CHIEFS!! Drivers and crew chiefs may either be you, people you know, fictional/fantasy characters, original characters, or celebrities and are NOT required to be human as in the case of cartoon or video game characters. (Just make sure they can reach the pedals though... lol)
Rules
All qualifying and finishing positions will be determined via random drawing and race coverage will be fictional. Starting positions will be drawn on Thursdays so new entries (such as cars entered after the start of the season) should be submitted by 12:00 Noon that day. Any car entered after qualifying will start at the back of the field. Once submitted, the entry is valid until the end of the season.
All cars must have a driver, crew chief, and number.
Repeated numbers will be followed by a letter.
Sponsorship may be realistic or fictional but is NOT required.
Please include no more than 5 pictures of each car including 1 realistic shot and/or 1 side view with a simple background (for graphical representation). Additionally, a driver profile picture is allowed.
Contestants are allowed to enter NO MORE THAN 4 cars so as not to flood the field. (This IS just for fun but everyone deserves a fair shot, right?)
Cars from previous years ARE ALLOWED!!
Driver/Car Info
Please include driver's name, car number, sponsor (if applicable), race team, make/model, and crew chief.
Any and all back story and/or stats from previous FCS seasons will make for more immersive commentary so the more info, the better.
Points System
The race winner will receive 47 pts. 2nd will receive 42pts. The rest will be awarded in increments of 1pt. (3rd-41, 4th-40, etc.)
In the event of a tie for points position, the driver with the highest average finish will receive the higher position.
5 bonus points will be awarded to the best looking car prior to the final race. This will be voted upon during the week leading up.
