Forever know as LeeRoy's brother, Eldon Yarbrough was an acomplished
driver on the short tracks in the Southeast part of the country. A "local" at the
Jacksonville Speedway, Eldon drove this Ford Model A bodied modified in
the early 60's and continued for 20 plus years driving late models.
Now 80 years old (March 1943) Eldon is alive & well living in Jacksonville...





The crew, keeping the whitewalls white.

An early late model Eldon drove after he moved to the
Carolinas with his brother LeeRoy. But we still considered
Eldon a "JAX Local" driver. He always managed to get back
to the Jacksonville track most Saturday nights.


I did this model some time ago. But have kept the dust of of it
so it still looks good.
