Finished July 13th, 2022
First build finished at my new permanent workstation, on the night I set it up! Of course, most of it was done before then, and I only had to do the splitter braces, but that's besides the point. For the past 23 years that I've been in the hobby I didn't have a permanent place to work. I would build whereever I could. I started sitting on my floor, to the dining room table, finally a fold up card table that I had to share with other hobbies. No longer, now I finally have a permenant place to work, and will be able to work on models all year long for the first time in my life!
First time I've cleared over decals in this scale, and first #39 I've built, a fairly difficult number to build in 1/24-1/25.
I did scratchbuild some of the missing roll cage pieces and windshield braces.
AMT kit, Tamiya paint, MPR decals.
I did manage to lose the other star for the wing, hopefully someday I will find it an apply it.
