Another 2by4 driven by Bill Shaw. At least a half dozen 2by4's built in a
very short period of time. Working now on one with a Model A body &
there is one other picture of the 2by4 with a 34 Ford sedan body.
All painted up basically the same.Then there is one photo with the car
just numbered 4. Also on my build list...
Should be more blue on the hood but red doesn't show well on dark blue.
Not my best paint job anyway. Using those side covers with the hood doesn't
fit well. Oh well it's a modified, they were far from perfect !!!!




The five window. reallly the same as the three window posted earlier. Slight
difference in the number (the "by" part). Always Ford powered...


AMT 34 Ford body. Tall skinny truck type tires from BigDonkey Resin.

Maybe it’s because life seemed so much better when we were (very) young.
But what passes for dirt track racing today has no appeal at all for me. Much more fun to built a model based on an old photo & memory. Yes it is kind of a time machine!!!
