There are a lot of people making 3d printed jack stands on Etsy.

Also, RC Supremacy makes some nice ones https://rcsupremacy.com/products/make-it-rc-1-24-scale-jack-stand-set-of-2

Folks are also selling them on eBay. Buyer beware (as always)
