This is the Beebe owned driven by Gene Bergin early 60's M6 there were a few veriations.I used the AMT 37 Chevy body and modified the kit chassis. The cage is 1/1`6" evergreen rod, scratch made seat with belts and harness. Engine is wired and plumbed running a manafree 4 carb intake. front axle was widened so the springs could mount to the side of the chassis as on the real car. The bumpers are aluminum flashing. Enjoy, Thanks for looking.

Very nice! A little before my time, but I like it! Wish I had been able to see that era of cars race.

Thank you all for the comments, lots of fun doing replica builds the best part is doing research. I never realized how many different M 6's Beebe built each one a bit different. The P/U ion the picture is 49to 52.

Man Rich...you did an outstanding job on this replica build! I really agree with you on doing them...half the enjoyment is the research that is involved. It's like going to HISTORY CLASS that you want to be in! LOL I sure enjoy looking at this build...

I like it! I think the parallel front leaf springs we're common on some of those Chevy's. I am going to build a coupe on that chassis!
