I found out around midnight that we've lost one of our hobby's most talented artists, David Thibodeau. I am very shocked and saddened to hear of his passing.
Rest in Peace Dave, our prayers go out to his family.

Absolutely gutted to learn of his passing. Dave was one of the guys who pushed me to be a better builder in the early 00's; I still use many of those skills and tips I learned from him and the other BAD guys to this day.

I read he lost his battle with Covid pneumonia. Such an awful way to go at such a young age with plenty of life to live. I know the world has been putting up with this senseless virus for almost 2 years now, but we still need to be vigilant to protect ourselves and stay safe.

RIP Dave.

He was a hero of mine and I always looked forward to his new YT videos, Instagram and Facebook photos. He will be missed.

I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I lost my best friend of 50 years to covid. I fervently believe the shot would have saved him but he was infected way too early. I fully intend to get in line for my booster when the time comes.

Wow, This is really sad. I derived so much inspiration from looking at his work. It was always top shelf modeling. I remember a 79 Earnhardt first win Monte Carlo he did for scale auto . I used his article as a guide to build mine.
the virus really hits home when somebody you know and highly respect passes way before his time from it. Get your shots fellas but pretend like you didn't because you can still get a break through case. Wear your masks too. What good is your freedom if your not around to enjoy it.
