Originally built this in '06 but felt it was worth a rebuild. Tamiya TS23 and PS20 with Mr Hobby Super Clear. The decals are from Mike, but for some reason the bleed through was insane. Maybe they ran out of bleach at the Barilla decal factory the day these were printed, but I needed 3 sets to block out the red and blue. The exhaust is K&S 5/32 tube I bent with their springs and then flattened with pliers to get the ovaled look.

I hate that the decals were such a pain, but they look great so I would say it was worth the headache! |

Nice work, really good on the exhaust, much better than the kit piece.
It's hard to believe when compared to the shops of today but this is the building (long gone) that car was housed and raced out of:

Like the old curb shop pic. Me and my dad use to drive by there after we left cms on way back home. See richard and dales cars side by side though window. |
