Just kidding. Most folk have a favorite place where they'll spray, and walk away. This is fine if you're stripping chrome. By the time you've turned your back it's half done. With a container you are trapping the active fumes with the item and giving them a chance to work their magic. Spray a nice coating of Easy off heavy duty while the part is in a small container. Seal the lid, go to work or whatever, come back in about 8 to ten hours. You might have to hit it again but the bulk of the black paint will rinse off, first try. Works great for other tough paints as well. Cheers!
