I ordered a 1/12 Ford Shelby gt 500 off eBay and the windshield corners were broken off, my question is what thickness clear sheet styrene should I use? TIA

I would use polycarbonate, or Lexan. Doesn't have to be same thickness, as the one in the kit, as it probably isn't scale thickness anyway. I keep a lot of clear plastic packaging for just such purposes.
