Anybody tried listing stalled projects in the trading post? If so, any success in selling them? I'd hate to toss something that someone might have an interest in . I don t even care if they get finished as long as I know I didnt toss ' em. 😙 |

I have not seen many partials/completed/rescues in trading post. If you have some and want to list them, who knows they might sell. _________________ Dennis

i've actually sold a few, but most likely in one of the facebook groups. I'm sure some of us here would most certainly like to see what you are offering though. |

Never hurts to try! I've bought a few, mainly to get a rare body style or decal sheet.

I say give it a try and see what happens. Plus you can send them all to me and I can add them to the ones I have going back 10yrs. LOL. Too many to count. _________________ If you bought it a trucker hauled it.

Ahh, stalled projects perfectly illustrate the modern conundrum that afflicts hobbyists and handymen alike:
When there's time to take on projects, there's a lack of funds to finish them to a satisfying standard.
And when the money's rolling in, there isn't the time for other things.
Just finished my best year (photographer) in at least a decade. A dozen or so primed, painted or partially prepped cars await my attention.
The lumber to frame a new 8 x 12' garden shed - and surrounding deck - sat under tarps on my back deck throughout summer and fall and will have to wait 'til next spring. |

No shame in admitting a project as stalled or surrendered. Projects like that have been listed before and do sell. I purchased one that had a lot of creative mod work already done, convenient for me. _________________ Bill Jobson is my real name. |

Another question could or maybe should be...
How OLD is your stalled project(s)..
Me, I have one that dates back to 1979.....
more recent ones date back to 2006, up through 2014..... _________________ Ed. K |
