Testors Model Master Flame Red is close.

I believe all of the Bud Moore cars from '59-'65 or thereabouts used '59 Chevy Roman Red.

Might 'both' be the answer? They seem to be specific colours to different makers.

Roman for the Pontiacs, Rangoon when Moore switched to Mercury.
