Man, that is some killer detail on that engine, oil lines, and the rear bulkhead especially. The Aeroquip lines and wiring look absolutely real!
Fantastic job so far, looking forward to seeing the body on it.
On two of the '80s Monograms that I've done, putting the body down over the chassis and covering the amount of work and all the details that I had sweated over was hard to do and mine weren't nearly as nice as your's!
(love the aluminum BMF crush panels too.)
In case anyone didn't notice, you can click on the images and see them somewhat larger.. it's worth the time.

NICE. What is it? I'm not an Allison fan and don't recognize the car except
the interior detail looks a lot like my current 1984 Petty Grand Prix. Great
work on the detailing!!!---John _________________ I hear the voices and obey |

That's the Hoss Ellington Monte Carlo sponsored by Lancaster tobacco
products that Davey ran in three races in '85 , the 2nd race at Talladega being his first.
Nice looking scheme, reminds me of Cales Valvoline a little.
