I built as it appeared at the last couple of events at Charlotte (Donnie) and Rockingham (Dick Brooks), with the sprayed over bumpers.

MPC-based body on JoHan frame/cage. MPC front clip. Monogram rear end/trailing arms. Plastic Perfomance Products tires/wheels and window net. Paint is Krylon Farm &Implement School Bus Yellow. Decals are extras from the MK Torino issue from a while back. I believe Dave Van designed them. Scrounged contingencies. Bud Moore Engineering decal was printed by me.

That's a superb build. Looks like the tires cut it close on the rear. And I love the weathering techniques. It looks like it just rolled off the track.

Always love to see a car that was built and ran out of garages here in Spartanburg. Didn't Pearson drive this version also? Great looking build

Thanks - and this is just in case anyone thinks I'm crazy with the painted bumpers:

Yeah, I couldn't pull out the sheet metal back there like Bud did, and I had to file away a bit of the Torino frame. The wheels track is as accurate as I could get.
