AMT reissued a '70s Nova kit a while back. It was the hatchback but it's the same bodystyle. You can adapt an AMT NASCAR kit chassis to it fairly easily. The Nova kit isn't too difficult to find. |

Hey Tom, is it the Nova Stocker? Mikes has the resin body if that is the one.
Just want to make sure to get the correct body. _________________ "I wasn't trying to wreck him, I just wanted to rattle his cage." |

The Nova kit mentioned above is a 70 which is the wrong body style if you are trying to duplicate the picture.
The one in the pic is a 77 Nova. He also had a Pontiac Venture that had this livery on it as well.
I know Mike's carries a Ventura body but I do not think I've ever seen a 77-ish Nova body in the aftermarket. FRW may have had one but I cannot remember.
I grabbed this AMT kit to modify the heck out for a dirt track build. Might work for your build.

That's the one I was thinking of. It was released in a couple of different boxes. |

I know SMH used to have really nice version of the Nova. Can't seem to find it anymore.
For the chassis you could probably use the AMT Nascar kits. I know I put a few of the Lumina chassis under 70 Nova's modified to represent Late Models.
