Well, its finally done. I used the annual GTO street kit for the body and engine, with the AMT Allison Monte for the bulk of the build, along with PPP wheels. I did move the real wheel wells to try to match the prototype.

For the Purple paint, I used Testors Plum Pearl. I was very unhappy with how it turned out. In the future I've learned to test spray any body colors.

Beautiful work! The paint looks a little dark , very nice and clean but a little dark. What did you use for a base coat? When I use this color, I usually use a medium blue for a base.
