FYI - The car they used on the TV show was actually a Satellite!

They had 2 Satellite's for the series and they were a pain in the A** to the film crew to keep running. Thus the decision to dump it off the cliff and bring in the Dixie Jeep.

That's gonna' be one great looking build!!

For some reason I never took a liking to this body style, but has grown on me over the years. On the other hand the ;71 & '72 Satellite/Roadrunner style is my Favorite of that era, why I don't know, just something about the nose of the '71's & '72's//////

NICE!!!!! I had a '73 right off the showroom floor. Gold with white trim, 360 cu. in. automatic with the "slapstick". Always wanted a '68 but that was before I had a license. My buddy had a '72 but I never cared for the style. The '73 was OK but in my eyes the REAL Roadrunners were '68 to '70. Just my opinion, great job, I might just build me one!---John
