I searched and didn't see any tips, but I was hoping you guys could share you tips for painting the built in hoodpins on your diecasts?
I have a Lumina that have the pins molded into the hood and I am terrified to try and paint them in fear of messing up the base paint job.
Thanks!! |

a lot of guys use a silver sharpie for the hood pins and for the rivets on the rear of the spoiler. i use a toothpick that i dab on the lid of the paint. then very carefuly apply. takes a little getting use to. one day ill try the sharpie. check out my DJ'S #29 Hardee's Pontiac in this diecast section. _________________ If you bought it, a trucker hauled it. |

I thought of using the silver sharpie, but I am skeered. LOL.
Do you tape it off at all or are you just really careful? |
