Since Tim Richmond in the Rahmoc Malibu seemed to be such a rare pic, I decided to do a page with all the photos I shot that day. I've never posted them because some of them are terrible, but here is the link to them, warts and all. Please don't judge me based on that one day. There was something wrong with the lens - I really can take photos in focus.

Great stuff Calhoun! All good! I especially like the #66 Olds. Thanks for sharing these. That 1st pic of DW looks like you caught him just as he dribbled on his chin! Priceless!
As for picture quality.... no worries my friend, main thing is you were there and you got pics no one else did.
I have horror stories of photo mishaps that will make any photographer tear their eyeballs out; so having a few fuzzy pics whether induced by camera malfunction or not just comes with the territory.
PHOTO TIP OF THE DAY: I've always passed my fuzzy-stuff off as "experimenting with speed-blurring for dramatic effect". Then I'd look to see if the person viewing the photos was buying into that idea or not.... most times NOT, but it was always good for a laugh.
Thanks again for puttin' them out there.

All good stuff. Would have been great to have been there, but pictures are the next best thing. |
