Hi,can you help on Salvinos kits...
what color for châssis interior and bottom for the Kar-Kare Cale Yarborough Monte?
roll cage,inside the body,on the bottom,front and rear suspension,black?
thanks to place a pic for a better understanding.
In what year the light gray color appeared as on the first monogram kits of the 80s?
Thanks a lot
Bernard

You'll like the short track forum. It's a lot of the same folks from here. Plus, there's the added thing that the short track forum is staying open vs this place.

that would be my build lol. mine is based off the real car. it was semi gloss black for the entire chassis. that was the color for almost all of junior johnsons cars till the mid 80's. the suspension is gloss black. the engine was black also but the bell housing was red. the transmission is a steel-iron color. shocks were yellow. valve covers were a dirty aluminum not chrome.
