I hate to even ask this, but I have been searching and searching...
I am starting a 2001 #24 Monte Carlo.
I saw this on the 'recommended colors' sticky...#24 Dupont Jeff Gordon Blue………. Tamiya Metallic Blue. How about the red? (other than Damon Lestor's Dupont colors) Perhaps in MM or Tamiya cans as I do not have an airbrush.
I found on another site that Model Master Competition Red or Flourescent Red works. Thoughts?
Also someone made a comment that the Slixx decals for that car are sort of sketchy. What does that mean? Should I really be concerned?

Dayglo red should work. Those years of slixx decals had a tendency to fall apart in water.
