Does anyone have a shot of his dash from this year? Thinking of doing his Mello Yello car and the Revell kit I've got has the digital dash.

your best bet would be to find a race that had a cockpit camera in his car on youtube. i used that to get screen cap pics of Danica's ARCA car.

Razorback,

I was at the 2015 Darlington race with him running the Mello Yello throwback. At that particular race, Kurt Busch was the driver doing the "test" with the new digital dash/gauges. All other cars still had the neon lighting gauges. After that race and Kurt gave the "ok" is when NASCAR announced they would go full time to the full electronic dashes by McClarren.

Didn't realize that. I do have a side view of Kyle's dash but it doesn't really show much. At least now I know the cutoff for when they were used. Thanks for the info!!

I was also at that race. Our seats were right in front of Kyle's pit stall. Very Happy

No problem, sir. I just happened to catch a TV segment after the race that showed that info. Kurt was talking about how easy it was to toggle back and forth thru certain options within the dash, just like you can in your modern car now.

We were in turn 1, great shot coming down the frontstretch. It's such a legendary place!
