Hawk22, Another fine model of a Jacksonville modified!!! Do you know much about the Pirate's Cove sponsor? I've put my boat in, and ate at the Pirate's Cove Marina just over the Florida/Alabama line. It's just outside of Lillian and Elberta, AL. Best hamburger and cold beer after a day spent fishing. Wonder if it's the same place?

This Pirates Cove is way up the St. John's River near where it empties into
the Atlantic ocean. I always fished at Sister's Creek fishcamp. Caught a 12lb
drum there when I was around 10 years old !!
Fun days . a pound of shrimp was 65 cents. For fishing or eating.
Fishing was great of the piers. Never owned a boat until I moved to Virginia.
Lower Potomac near the Chesapeake Bay, fine striped bass fishing.

Pirates Cove was a longtime car sponsor at the JAX speedway.
