i was pretty excited when i saw the preview for that on Mike's. This fills the gap, the only #28 Allison Winston Cup decals that Mike didn't produce. You can make all the Ranier / Yates #28 cars from the 1987 unsponsored one up to Davey's final ride in 1993. which i plan on doing (have 1990, 91 and 92 done).
