I finally got around to finishing this one up. I’m having back surgery this Wednesday and Ben, Allan’s son will be heading up to Queensland for the next Trans Am race for mid August. So, with that in mind I managed to get it all together. There are flaws and in m6 builds this is always the case, but it’s done and I hope he likes it.

Great build!

Can I ask what yellow and blue colors you used? I have the decals for this build which I plan to tackle this winter.

Thank you guys…fingers crossed for the opp…
Lefty1820 I used a local paint here in Australia for the yellow, it was School Bus Yellow
https://www.scalemodeller.com.au/

The blue is one of the Tamiya LP paints, I can5 recall if it was the Racing or Mica. Both had a metallic finish which 8 think is wrong. I would go with the
LP6 pure blue over grey next time.

Jeff one thing I found with the yellow I used, I sprayed it over Tamiya light grey primer, it’s not far off but when I do this build again I will add a tint to try for a slight mustard tone to match the decals better…

Love the build, Shunter. I have this one in the cue, so I may delay it for a few years time so people don't compare my eggshell jobby against your beauty!

Hope you are doing well, mate. I wish you a speedy recovery.
