i been waiting a while to post this one. i finished it just around the time the site went down i guess. lindberg kit-
i opened up the inner fender skirt and added duel front and rear shocks, wired up the engine, lowered the stance, added gauge decals and wire rings from joannes for bezels, hood pins. paint is model master white lacquer paint and powerslide decals. oh and i almost forgot, a scratch built rollcage. i made a jig like tom mooty to bend plastic rod

Fantastic Job. looks great, I love the build. Real race cars always had Chrome Bumpers. |

Really, really, nice build. I like the front shock suspension addition, which the Petty kit is missing. Love the attention to period detail. Wasn't this car a Petty car? Got any chassis pics you'd care to share with us. Your builds are awesome. |
