Does anyone have any other pics or info on the chassis that Richard ran at the time? Looks like a Laughlin for the most part but the rear suspension is unusual.

Jay Hedgecock built that car. If I remember correctly, the truck arms are shorter, which is apparent, but it also had a link going from the top of the rear end housing to the roll cage. A 3 link suspension if you will. Petty has said the quality of the build saved him from serious injury or worse. They didn't run this design to long just were hoping to hit on something.
