Love it! Something out of the ordinary, and built really nice.

Cheers,

Great looking race car! Looks like you could jump on in, hit a couple of switches and fire it up. Well done.

Another Awesome one, John. That paint is flawless as usual and the decals are placed perfectly. Is that Testors enamel or something else?

Excellent work! I've always been a fan of this car too. (Also, pro tip, fry up some Spam slices and use it to make breakfast tacos or burritos with egg, cheese, and some hot sauce like Valentina Extra Hot. Way better than you might imagine!)

The blue on this car is a custom mix of MCW 2048 Blue lacquer darkened with MCW 2000 Black lacquer. Played with the mixture until I got it to a shade that I thought represented the blue on the Spam can.

Another pro tip, slice some "hot and spicy" spam into 1/8" to 1/4" slices and fry. Toast your favorite bread, Sara Lee artesano for me. Some good Duke's mayo on both slices of toast. While the "hot and spicy" spam is hot, put it on the toast and add swiss or provolone cheese and a slice of pineapple. That sandwich will change your life!

SPAM = Some Parts Are MEAT. Not sure which parts, or what meat. No matter -- I still LOVE it.
Dice up half a LUMP of SPAM & fry, while making up a pot of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese - flavored orange powder stuff ( the Blue Box ). Butter up some wheat bread & pour a glass of milk.
A good friend of 40+ years running HATES SPAM,( he had to eat WW2 surplus SPAM while stationed on Adak Island, AK., in the mid-1960's ), HOWever he loves to eat Vienna Sausages RIGHT OUT of the CAN !!! Explaining to Andy that its' ALL the same end of the ..deadhorse matters not... Rolling Eyes
