|
|
Was working on my 2nd entry for Fantasy Cup this year (2nd gen Taurus) and had a 2004 Ford goodies sheet from Slixx. Tried to use it for headlights, grilles and Taurus script. They all came out of the water fine but when i went to smooth them out they ALL cracked to some degree. Totally unusable.
Went back to the kit decals for the same things and wonder of all wonders, they went down incredibly well and totally smoothed out.
Surprised me quite a bit.
Any thoughts? _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...

The people that make Micro-sol make something the Alps decal people air brush on their sheets. I had an old no name decal sheet where the first one in the water shattered. Sprayed a coat of that on them and they were like a fresh sheet. |

Sometimes it depends on how they were stored.
Slixx stands by everything, contact Becky Sizemore, she will help you. |
