Ebbro 1/20 kit, 1971 Tyrrell chassis 003. i prefer the look of the taller nose car but this is the kit that i could find. Tamiya TS-15 blue, no modifications aside from adding spark plug wires. been working on this kit off and on for quite a while now, stopped a while back because the header assembly was giving me fits... then one day i sat down with it again and put the headers together effortlessly. rear suspension didn't turn out like it should have, so i took a limited amount of pictures.
thanks for the lookie-loo _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...

Speaking of Mr Stewart.....ever see the time ABC Sports sent him into the infield during a Southern 500.....asking fans if they knew who Jackie Stewart was??? Funny stuff. |

Looks excellent, esp. the paint.
Not high gloss and so to me looks period and scale correct.
Top Gear. Jackie Stewart teaching James May to drive is a good watch. |

As Jackie hisself might say: "It's a great day for motor car model building".
As the son of a Scotsman, Stewart was a natural favorite for me. Great job with this motor car. |

Nice work! Haven't seen a whole lot of Ebbro kits built yet, yours looks great! I am (slowly) working on the Tamiya 1/12 kit of this very car. |

Very nicely done! Ebbro kits are very detailed, and you need to do a lot of test fitting and take your time. The Lotus 72 is a great kit as well and builds up to a nice looking replica.
Still waiting for the Tyrrell 006...
