|
|
I bought several of the 1964 Petty Belvedere kits for a future retirement project. Some Lindberg and some "AMT reissues", one of which is molded in Petty blue. All the rest are white. Haven't heard of this before, how about y'all. The box said molded in white. |

I've never seen one molded in blue either. Is the entire kit molded in blue or just the body? |

Entire kit. The shrink wrap started crushing the box, so I took it off and made the discovery. So I opened the rest, six in all, and they were white. |

Only built one AMT reissue. It was molded in blue but I don't remember what it said on the box _________________ "When you arrive at a fork in the road, take it" - Yogi Berra |

all the Petty Belvedere's are molded in white except one reissue molded in blue. The whole kit is blue. I'm thinking it was some type of Anniversary car but don't remember for sure. I think mine say's molded in blue somewhere on the kit. |

My AMT Daytona 500 Winner Plymouth says on the box 'parts molded in white' but everything except chrome and clear is a near-Petty blue. |
