Anyone have a suggestion on a quick and easy way to dull down the brightness of chrome bumpers and grilles on 60' models? I want it to look race used and not showroom bright, out of the box. Not trying to strip the chrome just dull it down some.

Spray some Tamiya smoke clear on them. Then a light coat of satin clear. Look up some of Piere Revard's builds ( I am sure I miss spelled his name )

I have been dulling the chrome down a bit using Tamiya panel line accent (black). It gets down in the crevices and creates more of a shadow.
I watched a You Tube video from Luka Cee Channel (episode 26), he did a great job of showing how to do it.
