I was snowed in today so I got Bobby Allisons 1971 Riverside winner finished up today. Salvinos 71 Charger kit, Powerslide and Cherry Run decals, PPP wheels and tires, MCW Panther Pink and Chartreuse Yellow paint and a Harts Parts Resin flat hood.

My favorite "obscure" car!
It has lots of curveballs with the colors, flat hood, and lettering, but you did a great job!
The MCW Panther Pink looks just like the photos and films of this car in action. I would have thought it would be a little too light - Did you darken it at all? |

| Excellent job. The model I wanted to build but came up short. Yours looks magnificent. I got to see this car run in person at Meyer Speedway in Houston back the week after Riverside was run. They ran on a Wednesday night if I remember correctly. Petty was his only real competition that night. Of course, Bobby won the race. |
