I came across these foil printed hood pin decals offered by Power Slide (#321) and wondered if anyone has used these and what they thought?

Anything from Powerslide is great. They're the top of the line decals. Extremely accurate in terms of looks/what was actually on the car and very easy to work with. Can't go wrong with them.

mikesdecals.com is his site. He carries other brands as well but Powerslide is his brand and all his stuff is listed there. I can't recommend him enough. Check his site out. I can spend hours going through it and coming up with build ideas.
