The same parts eight hours later (including time for lunch)
Now I'm just waiting for the body donor kit to arrive. [/img] _________________ Still crazy after all these years. |

Very nice. That would take me about 20 hours at a 2 hour a day pace. I mean, whats the rush, I'm retired and hopefully not going anywhere soon. |

No rush. I'm retired too and this is what I set out to accomplish today. I had all day available so that's what I did. _________________ Still crazy after all these years. |

great progress. I typically build 2 of the same style at a time. Gets really old removing flash from shocks that way though.... |

Looks good, I like the way you built the cage assy seperate. Gonna try that approach. |

It makes everything easy to paint. I use the chassis pan as an assembly jig to build the cage. Glue everything up solid, except where it touches the chassis of course, then it all goes to paint.
I like to build up as many subassemblies as I can. It's so much easier then painting bunches of individual pieces. _________________ Still crazy after all these years. |
