I have one of the Penske / Allison Matador kits from the early/mid seventies. Not sure if this is the one you are looking for, but I was going to sell it at the Detroit model show, b4 it was cancelled (twice).

PM me for details.

None were done in styrene, closest you'll find is the old JoHan Rebel Machine body but it will need extensive modification to the front clip to convert it to a Matador and its a pretty pricey kit to find even as a built up-
There was a resin NASCAR body done some years back, based on the JoHan Rebel, its somewhat rough though and would need some tweaking to get a truly decent build from. SMH used to have it on their website but I didnt see it just now when I checked
Lastly, there is resin/ 3 d printed matador put out by too many projects-he's on facebook and occasionally his stuff shows up on ebay-they too can get pricey but its the one id definitely go for as the quality and accuracy is top notch-
this is a link to his facebook page ,

if you scan thru the pics the matador is in there posted in January 2019

Thank you for the information. I wish I had a 3D printer and knew how to use it. Thanks again for the help!

MCW had one. Body chassis and interior only I think. I assume it's pretty hard to find. I ordered some resin stuff from them long ago and their stuff was pretty good. Someone is still making their stuff I think just not sure who.

Here's the link to the new MCW - its run out of a Hobby Shop in Massillon, OH (Wings, Wheels, and Waves). Someone else does the resin work (I think), and he is gradually starting to get stock back in. No Matador yet...

https://mcwfinishes.com/

He mixes the paint in house, and will mix small orders for you if you stop by and it's not on the shelf.

Sorry, edit to my above post, It may be MCW who sold the resin Matador body, its been several years back now since I bought it- this is a pic of it (lower left side)

As mentioned, the work is a bit rough so I picked up a resin front clip from too many projects (in my prior post) and am grafting it onto the MCW/SMH body , but starting with too many projects full body would be cleaner/easier if you can snag one
