Hi
Starting with a damaged 1988 Buick Regal body and a incomplete Nascar chassis in 1:24.
The target was the 1988 Daytona 500 Winner.
4 weeks later with new Powerslide decals, scaleproduction photo etched parts and tamiya paint the result looks great...enjoy it.

That's a beautiful build. My favorite BA car, along with his Coke , Cam 2, other Miller cars. You did a fine job! _________________ life is hard, it's harder when you're stupid. John Wayne |

Few things make me happier than seeing a model get rescued like that. Wonderful.

I just noticed the windshield bars and rear filler panels. Very nice touches. Great build. _________________ life is hard, it's harder when you're stupid. John Wayne |

And what's odd about me, I'll try to rescue a kit that I can buy for $5.00. Don't know why. Just hate to see them tossed. _________________ life is hard, it's harder when you're stupid. John Wayne |

Very nice save. Looks like the first guy kept the hood shut. Still has the sprue beams that protect the body in the box. |
