Everybody needs to go out and buy the MPC reissue cyclone while there's still some left because this guy down under is buying them all and making us all look bad! LOL! _________________ "And on the 8th day God created the Hemi!" |

wheels and tires are plastic peformance products, 70's good years and holman moody wheels, i hand paint the slots in the wheels with a filed down tooth pick to make the slots or welds look correct around the inner wheel. |

Johnny Barnes was my uncle-I built this model when I was very young and have since lost it-I would love to get one and build it again-or I might be interested in purchasing just to have this in the family.Uncle John died in 91 2 yrs after his sister,my mother who died in 89.Both died of cancer(Uncle John had pancreatic)Anyway-I have managed to track down a postcard/photo of his car and a couple of programs over the years(Dover and Pocono).I can be reached at sonschaplain @ gmail.com |

Very nice. Even if you don't want to build a merc the chassis can be used for any 70's car with a little tweeking here and there. It wont be rivet counter approved but you just need to add truck arms and its passable. |
