I decal and flat finish before instaling rims on the older hard vinyl tires however the newer soft tires I paint and install the rims before decaling and flat coating, I found a few times pushing the ...

if you are using one of the 2016 kits for under chassis use those windows I have done the 2019 Camry using the ford glass with very little mod.
